10% tourism bond of EPH Group AG: Subscription period starts today on the Vienna Stock Exchange

Vienna, June 19, 2023 - Today marks the start of the subscription period for the bond issued by the Viennese tourism company EPH Group AG with an interest rate of 10% p.a. and a volume of up to EUR 50 million. Interest will be paid out to investors monthly, the first time on July 31, 2023. The bond has a term of 7 years. With a denomination of EUR 1,000, the bond is aimed at both institutional and private investors (ISIN: DE000A3LJCB4 / WKN: A3LJCB).

The bond can be subscribed to immediately at banks and online brokers via the new subscription tool “FirstPlace” of Wiener Börse AG (Vienna Stock Exchange). The subscription period is expected to run until July 13, 2023, but can be terminated early. After the end of the subscription period, the bond will be traded on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the Open Market (Quotation Board) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The first listing of the bond is expected to take place on July 17, 2023.

The net proceeds from the issue of the bonds will be used to build a diversified portfolio of high-yield hotels and resorts in the premium and luxury segment in Austria, Germany and other top European destinations.

The securities prospectus has been approved by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and notified to the Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) and the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
