Hotel project in the premium segment in the Kitzbühel Alps

Together with a local partner, EPH Group AG is currently developing a hotel project at a prime location in a unique panoramic position in the Kitzbühel Alps. A resort with 300 beds in the premium segment is planned with a well-known international hotel brand as operator.

Status

The approx. 34,000 sqm plot of land was purchased and is already owned by the joint project company. The project will be completed in the coming months.
