This exceptional property is located in the heart of the Kitzbühel ski resort, directly on the ski slope (ski-in, ski-out). There is an old hotel on the property, which is to be replaced by a resort in the premium segment with around 250 beds. The future guests will be offered a unique hideaway in an absolutely peaceful location as well as a fantastic 360-degree panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains. The hotel will be run by an international operator.

Status

The property is to be purchased in the first quarter of 2025. The details of the acquisition of the property have already been set out in a letter of intent (LOI).
