EPH Group AG: Further hotel project launched in Kärnten - new resort planned at an exceptional altitude

Property with 60,000 square metres at an altitude of 1,600 metres directly on the ski slope
Premium resort with around 300 beds and international operator planned
Vienna, Mai 22, 2025 - The Vienna-based EPH Group AG today announced the launch of a further hotel project. Through its newly founded subsidiary Stellara Hospitality GmbH, EPH Group AG has acquired 90% of a project company that owns a plot of land measuring around 60,000 square metres in Kärnten. The site is situated in an outstanding panoramic location at 1,600 metres above sea level and is located directly on the ski slope.
An exceptional hotel resort in the premium segment with around 300 beds is planned, which is to be operated by a renowned international hotel brand. The necessary dedication for the project has already been obtained. The purchase agreement was concluded subject to the condition precedent that planning permission for the planned resort is granted. The previous owner will retain a 10% stake in the project company.
The project will be financed in part by the secured corporate bond 2025/2032 successfully issued by EPH Group AG in February 2025 (WKN: A3L7AM, ISIN: DE000A3L7AM8) with an attractive interest rate of 10% p.a. and monthly interest payments.
