Withdraw from contract

You can use this form to withdraw your subscription for the notes 2026/2033 of EPH Group AG. Please provide the details identifying your subscription so that we can allocate your declaration.

After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email containing the content of your declaration together with the date and time of receipt.

Please note: This withdrawal function serves solely to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal where one exists and does not create an additional contractual right of withdrawal. Whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. The confirmation of receipt does not constitute an acknowledgement of the legal validity of the withdrawal.
