The project is being realized in an exclusive premium location in the immediate vicinity of one of Bavaria's most famous lakes. The plan is to build a modern design hotel with around 220 beds, specifically targeting a younger, lifestyle-oriented target group. Restaurants and bars as well as a high-quality wellness area will create a lively, urban-alpine vacation experience. The hotel is to be operated by a renowned international hotel operator.
Status
A term sheet for the purchase of the property has already been signed. A new project company will be established for the project, which will acquire the land. The final purchase agreement is to be concluded shortly, subject to the condition precedent of building permission being granted. The necessary zoning and development plan for the hotel project are already in place, and building permission is expected shortly. The project will be fully developed in the coming months. A significant portion of the purchase price of EUR 2.5 million will be paid under EPH Group AG's “Land for Equity” program through the transfer of shares in the course of a capital increase through contributions in kind, which will significantly strengthen EPH Group AG's equity.
