Status

A new project company was established for the project, in which the previous owner also holds a 10% stake. This company has already signed the final purchase agreement for the property, thereby securing the project. The final acquisition is still subject to financing. The necessary zoning for the hotel project has already been obtained. A significant portion of the purchase price will be paid through the transfer of shares in EPH Group AG as part of a capital increase through contributions in kind, which will significantly strengthen EPH Group AG's equity.
