Status

A binding term sheet for the purchase of the property has already been concluded. The final purchase agreement will be signed in the coming weeks. A new project company will be founded for the project, in which the previous owner will also hold a 10% stake. The necessary zoning for the hotel project has already been obtained. A substantial part of the purchase price will be paid bytransferring shares in EPH Group AG as part of a non-cash capital increase, which will significantly strengthen EPH Group AG'sequity.
