The project is being developed in an exclusive location at 1,600 m above sea level. The resort is located close to the ski slopes and offers a unique view of several Carinthian lakes. The wellness area will be equipped with an infinity pool, offering guests an incomparable view of the surrounding mountains. The resort will have more than 200 beds and will be managed by an international hotel operator.

Status

A new project company was established for the project, in which the previous owner also holds a 10% stake. This company has already signed the final purchase agreement for the property, thereby securing the project. The final acquisition is still subject to financing. The necessary zoning for the hotel project has already been obtained. A significant portion of the purchase price will be paid through the transfer of shares in EPH Group AG as part of a capital increase through contributions in kind, which will significantly strengthen EPH Group AG's equity.
