Resort project in an exceptional altitude and panoramic location directly on the ski slope.

EPH Group AG is currently developing a hotel project at an outstanding location in Kärnten. The resort is being built at 1,600 metres above sea level directly on the ski slope and offers a spectacular altitude and panoramic location. A resort in the premium segment with around 300 beds is planned, which will be operated by an international hotel brand.

Status

Through its subsidiary Stellara Hospitality GmbH, EPH Group AG has acquired 90% of the project company, which owns the approximately 60,000 square metre site. The necessary zoning for the hotel project has already been obtained. The purchase agreement was concluded subject to the condition precedent of planning permission. The previous owner will retain a 10% stake in the project company.
