STATUS

A binding term sheet as well as land-register-ready purchase agreements for the acquisition of the property have already been signed subject to conditions precedent. A new project company has been established for the project, in which the previous owner also holds a 10% stake. The required zoning designation for the hotel project is already in place, and the building permit is expected shortly. A substantial portion of the purchase price will be settled through the transfer of shares in EPH Group AG as part of a non-cash capital increase, thereby significantly strengthening the equity base of EPH Group AG.
